Building a remote culture that works
We have been working remotely since 2018, basically before it was mainstream. We know the struggles and fun parts of working remotely.
That’s why we designed all our work rituals to be compatible with the remote-first culture and we all commit to a remote-work policy for everyone to collaborate seamlessly.
What’s our remote culture like?
We offer a remote-work budget for everyone to either work from a comfortable co-working space at their location or build a home office setup.
We provide flexible work schedules and employee-centric remote working culture.
We organize physical work-together weeks in different cities to enjoy a cup of coffee together or meditate with after-work beers.
In addition to our weekly digital townhall meetings, we also organize regular one-to-ones with each team lead.
