Full Stack Software Engineer

E-commerce teams still run their operations with spreadsheets, gut feeling, and disconnected tools. Forecasts break, stock runs out, money gets locked in inventory, and teams spend their days firefighting instead of building.

Today, Fabrikatör helps brands plan inventory, manage supply, and make better decisions with real data.

You’ll be joining while the product is evolving fast, decisions are still being made, and your work will directly shape what thousands of operators rely on daily.
What will you do?
- We believe languages/frameworks are just tools to express your creativity and it's what you build with these tools that matter.
- We mostly use Ruby and Javascript in our stack, however, we welcome people with different technical backgrounds. If you are familiar with what we use, great. If, however, you've been mostly working with other languages and you believe that you have a strong grasp of web technologies & fundamental programming principles, do not hesitate to contact us.
Our tech stack mostly consists of;
- Frontend: React, Typescript, Bootstrap, react-query, react-table, axios
- Backend: Ruby on Rails, Postgresql, Swagger, Cube
- AI: In the changing landscape of AI-assisted development, we use modern tools like Claude Code.
Responsibilities
- Developing new user-facing features using React and Rails
- Developing a product that users love. Most of the assignments will require you to show strong teamwork with a sense of accountability.
- Consuming our REST API thru our auto-generated OpenAPI client
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Leverage AI in development, write PRDs and feed into AI
- Learn new technologies, improve the tech stack
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a developer
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Mention your fav pasta when applying :)
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
- Good communication and writing skills in English
- Familiar with AI development tools
