July 2025 Product Update

July 31, 2025

🚀 What’s New?

Consistent Stock Alert Display for Deleted Products

What it is: We fixed inconsistent behavior where deleted products were still showing active stock alerts and appearing on the Critical Stocks page.

Why it’s useful: This ensures your critical stocks view only shows relevant, active products, preventing confusion and helping you prioritize true inventory needs without clutter.

How to use it: No action needed. The system now automatically hides stock alerts related to deleted products on the Critical Stocks page.

Improved ‘Receive Inventory’ Page UX and Validation

What it is: Several fixes enhance the Receive Inventory page: the ‘Received On’ date input now stays in place during scrolling, negative values in ‘Accepted Quantity’ are prohibited with immediate validation, and the save button properly validates quantity inputs before proceeding.

Why it’s useful: These improvements prevent data entry errors, improve form usability, and avoid confusing overlays, making inventory receiving smoother and more reliable.

How to use it: When receiving inventory, the date field behaves smoothly on scroll, and quantity fields will now reject invalid negative numbers with clear error messages. When saving, ensure quantities are entered to avoid validation prompts.

Product Bundle Import Now Respects Bundle Order

What it is: Bundle imports now correctly keep the sequence for non-consecutive duplicate SKUs instead of merging them all, meaning separate bundles are created as intended.

Why it’s useful: This fixes a key issue in bundle creation, offering more precise control and preventing data loss in complex imports.

How to use it: When importing bundles, you can rely on the system to maintain the order and grouping as per your import file.

Notification Enhancements on Edit Export Templates and Suppliers Pages

What it is: Added missing success and error notifications for delete operations, matching the existing feedback on create and edit actions.

Why it’s useful: You’ll now get clear confirmation and error messages for all key actions, giving you better control and transparency.

How to use it: Delete an export template or supplier as usual and observe the new notifications that confirm the action’s result.

Robustness Enhancements by Fixing Critical Errors

What it is: Fixed critical crashes in the Revenue Forecast page’s description editing, resolved unsafe redirect errors, and handled backend foreign key violations preventing purchase order updates.

Why it’s useful: These fixes stop unexpected app crashes and errors, maintaining your uninterrupted access to important features and data consistency.

How to use it: No changes needed; just a more stable experience when editing forecasts, redirecting, or updating purchase orders.

🧩 Improvements

Replaced deprecated toast notification library with a modern alternative for better notifications.

Validated Shopify GDPR webhook compliance to meet app review requirements.
