June 2025 Product Update

June 30, 2025

🚀 What’s New?

Stock Alerts Tab Data Refresh Fix

What it is: The product lists on the Stock Alerts page now update correctly when switching between 'Monitored', 'Unmonitored', and 'All products' tabs.

Why it’s useful: This fix ensures you always see the right products for each tab without confusion or stale data. It keeps your stock monitoring workflow smooth and reliable by sending fresh requests when changing tabs.

How to use it: Just go to the Stock Alerts page and switch between the tabs as usual. The product lists will load accurately every time.

Replenish Page Tooltip Alignment Corrected

What it is: The warning tooltip for "Suggested Restock" icons on the Replenish page now appears precisely next to the icon instead of in the corner of the screen.

Why it’s useful: You can now easily read important restock warnings without hunting for hidden or cut-off messages, improving clarity and reducing errors in inventory decisions.

How to use it: Hover over the warning icon in the "Suggested Restock" column to see the tooltip correctly positioned.

Purchase Order Table Layout Consistency

What it is: The visual layout of Purchase Order tables is now consistent across different view preferences, eliminating awkward empty space in some views.

Why it’s useful: This change gives a professional and polished appearance when viewing Purchase Orders, boosting confidence that the system is working as expected.

How to use it: When you switch your Purchase Order view preferences, the table layout will remain clean and consistent.

Export Template Buttons Now Show Loading Spinners

What it is: Action buttons for creating, updating, and deleting export templates across all types now display a loading spinner and disable themselves during processing.

Why it’s useful: This visual feedback prevents confusion, accidental multiple clicks, and improves the overall experience by clearly signaling when your actions are being processed.

How to use it: When managing export templates, simply observe that buttons show a spinner while working so you know your input is received.

Filter Modal Auto-Close on Adding Filters

What it is: On reports pages, the filter modal now closes automatically after successfully adding a filter, instead of staying open.

Why it’s useful: This small tweak streamlines your workflow by reducing clicks and keeping the interface tidy, making reporting smoother and faster.

How to use it: Add filters on reports as usual; the modal will close on success but stay open if there are input errors.

🧩 Improvements

Fixed the "Saved!" tooltip on the Replenish page to disappear automatically after Days of Stock updates.

Restored visibility for subitems in the sidebar menu when it is minified, improving navigation.

Harmonized the header style on the Product Configuration page to match other pages by removing an inconsistent border.

🐞 Bug Fixes & Misc

Fixed a crash on the Revenue Forecast page when clicking the "Add Description" button, restoring stable editing.

Fixed broken preview functionality in the Purchase Order Share modal, so previews open correctly.
