August 2026 Product Update
August's product update is a practical one: cleaner setup, sharper planning filters, and reliability work that helps operators trust the inventory and purchase order data they use every week.
🚀 What’s New?
A cleaner, searchable settings experience
What it is: Settings are now organized into grouped, collapsible sections with search, saved-value summaries, and clearer save or discard states.
Why it’s useful: Growing teams often have supplier, purchase order, Shopify location, and notification settings to manage. The new layout makes it easier to find the right setting without digging through a long page.
How to use it: Open Settings and search or browse the grouped sections to review and update your setup.
Filter the Plan feature by vendor
What it is: A Vendor filter in the Plan feature lets you narrow your view to the vendor you want to work with.
Why it’s useful: Reordering is often done vendor by vendor. This helps you focus on the products behind your next purchase decision instead of scanning the whole catalog.
How to use it: Use the Vendor filter in the Plan feature to focus your next review or reorder cycle.
🧩 Improvements
• Large purchase orders now sync to Xero more reliably, reducing false missing-item errors when a PO has many line items.
• For single-location Shopify stores, stock syncing is more reliable, so available stock in Fabrikatör better reflects Shopify inventory.
