Continuous Shopify Vendor → Supplier Sync

What it is: Vendor to supplier matching now runs continuously in the background, not just once during onboarding. Any new product you add in Shopify is automatically matched to the right supplier in Fabrikatör, and you can switch the behavior on or off whenever you like.

Why it's useful: No more manually assigning suppliers every time you add products. Your replenishment suggestions and purchase orders stay accurate as your catalog grows, with far less upkeep.

How to use it: Go to Inventory Planning Settings and enable the continuous vendor to supplier sync toggle. New Shopify products will be matched automatically from then on.

Cleaner Purchase Order Notes

What it is: Long notes on the Purchase Order detail page are now neatly collapsed, with a "View full note" option that opens the complete note when you need it.

Why it's useful: Your Order Details stay compact and easy to scan. Long notes no longer stretch the page and push important order information out of view.

How to use it: Open any purchase order that has a long note and click "View full note" to expand the full text in a pop-up.

🧩 Improvements

• More reliable inventory cost data for products imported through API or CSV. We resolved an issue that could leave cost values missing or delayed, so the cost figures behind your planning now flow through accurately from the start.
• Performance and security hardening on our new integration endpoint to correctly handle external traffic and keep the platform fast and secure.

🐞 Bug Fixes & Misc

• Fixed a frontend error that could appear on certain pages, improving overall app stability.
